Salt Water Social was developed by Manny Hilario, in collaboration with Vincent Menager, Robert Liberato, Stephen Hopcraft and Josh Cool. The restaurant is currently operated by General Manager Neil Moxon, previously General Manager of STK Steakhouse Denver and Executive Chef Erik Wepfer, previously Executive Chef of STK Steakhouse Denver.
